(Reporter Kim Min-jeong)= The International Northern Ssireum Federation (INSF) has officially appointed Master. Kamal Benlamara as National Head Coach and Country Representative for the Italian Republic.
This appointment recognizes Master. Benlamara’s dedication to traditional sports development, cultural exchange, youth engagement, and international cooperation. Through this appointment, he will serve as the official INSF representative in Italy and support the Federation’s efforts to strengthen international collaboration through traditional physical heritage.
As National Head Coach and Country Representative, Master. Benlamara will be responsible for promoting Northern Ssireum activities in Italy, coordinating athlete and instructor development, supporting educational initiatives, and facilitating participation in INSF international seminars, championships, and cultural exchange programs.
Italy possesses a remarkable cultural legacy and has long served as a crossroads of civilization, education, and cultural exchange. INSF believes that cooperation with Italian sports leaders, educators, and cultural practitioners will contribute to the preservation of traditional heritage and the promotion of international friendship through sport and culture.
INSF President Jun-Ho Song stated:
