(Reporter Kim Min-jeong)= The International Northern Ssireum Federation (INSF) has officially appointed Professor Lim Hong-Taek, former professor of Seoul Culture and Arts University, as Chairman of the International Advisory Board.
This appointment recognizes Professor Lim’s distinguished contributions to cultural studies, education, traditional heritage promotion, and international cultural exchange. His extensive academic experience and leadership will provide valuable guidance to the Federation as it continues to expand its global network dedicated to traditional physical heritage and cultural preservation.
As Chairman of the International Advisory Board, Professor Lim will oversee advisory activities, provide strategic recommendations, support academic and cultural initiatives, and assist in strengthening international cooperation among INSF partner organizations, advisors, and representatives worldwide.
INSF is committed to preserving and promoting traditional physical heritage, fostering cultural dialogue, encouraging youth engagement, and advancing international cooperation through educational and cultural initiatives. The appointment of Professor Lim Hong-Taek further reinforces the Federation’s commitment to academic excellence and heritage-based international development.
