– Partnering with global martial artists and anthropologists to preserve vanishing traditional martial arts and intangible heritage
– Slated for global publication on Amazon in both E-book and Paperback editions
The World Subak Federation LLC (WSF, President) and the International Martial Arts Committee (IMAC) have officially launched a historic “Global Joint Publishing Project” aimed at preserving and transmitting the world’s vanishing traditional martial arts and body cultures to the next generation.
The project, titled “Vanishing Traditional Martial Arts of the World: Preserving Human Intangible Heritage,” is strategically designed for eventual submission and enlistment into the prestigious UN SDG Book Club. Through this initiative, the federation aims to actively implement core international values, particularly focusing on the protection of cultural heritage and the expansion of quality education.
The WSF and IMAC are mobilizing their extensive global networks—spanning the USA, Canada, Egypt, Iran, and Ethiopia—alongside social media platforms like Facebook to invite grandmasters, historians, and anthropologists worldwide to contribute. International participants will provide vital historical backgrounds, philosophical foundations, technical characteristics, and rare photographic records of their respective nations’ traditional martial arts.
The compiled cultural assets will undergo rigorous English editing and will be published globally on Amazon as both E-book and Paperback editions across 13 countries. Contributors whose manuscripts are selected will be officially recognized as “Co-authors” and “International Content Champions” of this monumental global project.
“This initiative goes beyond teaching martial arts techniques; it is a major cultural diplomacy effort to record and safeguard the endangered warrior heritage of humanity,” an official from the World Subak Federation stated. “By reinforcing our strategic collaborations with heavyweights in the global martial arts community—we are confident in advancing this project to successfully enter the UN SDG Book Club.”
