The International Traditional Physical Heritage & Eminent Leaders Registry has officially updated the master file of Master Song Jun-ho, President of the World Subak Federation (WSF). Through this update, important national mandates establishing his absolute historical and tactical sovereignty over the Northern-style Sokswae traditional ssireum within the framework of the UN Global Compact and Sustainable Development Goal 11.4 (SDG 11.4) have been permanently recorded.

National Mandate (2019): The Cultural Heritage Administration of the Republic of Korea (formerly the Cultural Heritage Administration) issued a national directive specifically requesting Master Song Jun-ho to conduct national-level investigation and documentation work regarding “Sokswae,” an endangered traditional ssireum unique to North Hamgyong Province.
International Academic Index: This field research was subsequently synthesized and peer-reviewed, and subsequently published internationally. This book is a permanently listed monograph officially registered on Amazon (US) and the Kyobo Book Centre, serving as a foundational text connecting the tactical techniques of Subak with the UNESCO-listed Korean traditional wrestling, Ssireum.
Transcending Borders in Succession and Discipleship: The two forms of authority—state requests and international publication—explain why elite champions such as Egyptian professional mixed martial arts champion Mohamed El-Euboudi and Dr. Choi Ryong-won, a Ph.D. from Yanbian University and ethnic Korean Ssireum champion, became direct disciples of Master Song Jun-ho in 2017–2018.
