- Jeolguzil: Traditional Korean Breathing and Lower-Body Coordination Training within the Subak Tradition
- Gegeoreum (Crab Walk): Traditional Korean Lateral Movement, Balance Transfer, and Lower-Body Coordination Training
The resources introduce traditional Korean body-training methods associated with Subak, focusing on breathing coordination, pelvic movement, balance transfer, lateral mobility, and lower-body integration.
The release is notable because Korean traditional martial movement practices have historically received relatively limited international exposure compared to Japanese and Chinese martial traditions.
The educational materials were made publicly accessible as open educational resources, allowing international educators, researchers, martial artists, and cultural practitioners to study and reference the movement systems.
Observers note that the project may contribute to broader international awareness of Korean traditional movement culture while supporting digital preservation and cross-cultural educational exchange.
