Northern Korean Sports Council Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreements with Four Organizations

The Association of Sports for North Korean Provinces announced the signing of strategic Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with four organizations to promote regional cultural exchange, youth education, and traditional Korean physical culture.

The agreements aim to strengthen cooperation in the fields of sports, education, youth programs, cultural heritage activities, and international exchange projects connected to Korean traditional body culture.

Among the participating organizations were educational and public-interest institutions involved in youth welfare, regional cultural programs, and community-based sports development.

Officials stated that the agreements would help expand opportunities for collaborative programs related to traditional Korean physical culture, youth leadership education, and international heritage activities.

The initiative is also expected to support future cooperation with international organizations, including projects connected to Korean traditional martial and body culture networks overseas.

Representatives emphasized that the agreements are not limited to sports alone, but are intended to build broader cultural and educational partnerships that can connect regional communities, youth organizations, and international heritage programs.
